V\u00edctor Olea Pel\u00e1ez, la segunda vicepresidente Lic. Cristina Vizca\u00edno D\u00edaz, Mtro. Sergio Trevi\u00f1o Castillo Abogado General y el Mtro. Marco Antonio Serrano Montalvo, Presidente de la Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados Cap\u00edtulo Tamaulipas entre alumnos, catedr\u00e1ticos e invitados especiales.<\/p>\n<p>En el uso de la voz el Mtro. V\u00edctor Olea Pel\u00e1ez, dirigi\u00f3 unas palabras exhortando a los estudiantes a prepararse y resalt\u00f3 la importancia de pertenecer a una escuela del nivel de la UVB, posteriormente el presidente del Cap\u00edtulo Tamaulipas tambi\u00e9n dirigi\u00f3 un mensaje donde invito a los estudiantes a pertenecer a colegios debidamente registrados que servir\u00e1n para garantizar el desarrollo de sus competencias profesionales. Posteriormente la rectora del campus Mtra.
